Heavy Duty Layflat Water Hose
Heavy Duty Lay Flat Discharge Hose is commonly referred to as high pressure lay flat hose, high pressure discharge hose, construction hose, trash pump hose, and high pressure flat hose. A heavy-duty layflat water discharge hose is a robust and durable hose specifically designed for the efficient transfer of water and other fluids in demanding applications. It is commonly used in industries such as construction, agriculture, mining, and irrigation.
Product Details
Heavy Duty Lay Flat Discharge Hose is perfect for use with water, light chemicals, and other industrial, agricultural, irrigation, quarry, mining, and construction fluids. Manufactured with a continuous premium quality tensile strength polyester fiber circularly woven to provide reinforcement, it is one of the most durable high pressure lay flat hoses in the industry. Formulated with UV protectant, it is able to withstand outdoor conditions and is ideally suited for use in general open-end water discharge applications requiring higher pressure. A heavy-duty layflat water discharge hose is constructed using high-quality materials to ensure its durability and resistance to abrasion, punctures, and chemicals. It is typically made from synthetic rubber or PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and reinforced with polyester or nylon yarn to provide additional strength.

Product Parameters
-
Q : What is the heavy duty layflat hose designed for?
The heavy duty layflat hose is engineered for demanding applications such as mining dewatering, fire fighting, high-pressure irrigation, and industrial fluid transfer where high burst pressure and abrasion resistance are essential.
-
Q : What is the maximum working pressure?
Working pressure reaches up to 160 PSI (11 bar) for smaller diameters, with burst pressure exceeding 3× working pressure. The reinforcement uses high-tenacity polyester woven fabric for superior strength.
-
Q : What is the temperature range?
The heavy duty layflat hose operates between −10°C and +60°C (14°F to 140°F). It maintains flexibility and pressure integrity throughout this range under continuous service.
-
Q : Is it suitable for fire fighting?
Yes. The heavy duty layflat hose meets requirements for fire fighting water supply, able to withstand the high surge pressures typical of firefighting pump operations.
-
Q : What materials is the hose made from?
The inner tube and outer cover are UV-stabilized PVC compound, reinforced with multiple layers of high-tenacity polyester woven fabric. This construction provides abrasion resistance, flexibility, and pressure strength.
-
Q :What sizes are available?
Available from 1.5 inches to 10 inches (40 mm to 250 mm). Custom sizes for OEM projects are supported with minimum order requirements.
-
Q :What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 1,000 meters per product specification. Contact our sales team for project-based pricing on large volumes.
